A video should begin buffering and playing on the left. If not there are four causes listed below.

1. Your internet connection is not fast enough to stream video. 300 kbps is required for our live events, our archived videos offer a lower rate.

2. You have an incorrect or corrupted video player. Click on the image above to install a correct windows media player.

3. You have Norton Internet Security or McAfee Security installed and it is blocking the video stream. Try temporarily disabling the security program and see if the video will play.

4. Your browser is not compatible (mozilla and firefox can have compatibility problems). Try another browser on your computer, Internet Explorer, Netscape and Safari are preferred.
